Colleen has spent eighteen years within the franchise service industry having a primary focus on providing continuing education and training for technical expertise and customer service for existing and new members. Additionally, ten years of Colleen’s career has been working for a Fortune 500, international retailer where she undertook district organizational start-up operations, employee placement and development, marketing, and inventory control.
